On behalf of the above-named Club, I declare that the Club has carried out all
the tasks described below by the annual deadline of 15th April.

The Club will only use balls from the current season approved
list
,
except where the Management Committee have authorised a trial of an alternative ball.

The boundary line will be properly maintained before every game and will NOT
consist of a path or road edge or ditch.

Fielding Circles will be marked out as per
rule 3.14
for all League Fixtures, Waddilove, Birtwhistle & Chappell Cup Competitions.

Scorecards will be uploaded to Play Cricket by 11pm on the day of the match.

The club confirms that they have a working printer with adequate supplies of
paper and ink/toner and the printer has been successfully tested in March or
April 2026 PRIOR to submitting this form.

All teams (home & away) will check the scorecard in the Play-Cricket admin
section and resolve any items highlighted in red.

All teams will ensure that the captain & wicket keeper are identified.

All teams will confirm their agreement of the result AND scorecard details
have been entered correctly on Play-Cricket by 11pm TWO DAYS AFTER the match,
or raise a query against the fixture in the same time.

The club will score home matches using Play Cricket Scorer Pro, unless
arrangement with the away team to do so has been made.

The club confirms that a scorebook is available where the scorers are located
in case of an electronic failure of Play Cricket Scorer Pro.

NEW -
All previous editions of ECB Team cards have been destroyed and only the new
edition, featuring the Cricket Regulator QR code, will be used.

Result sheets & ECB Team cards will be photographed and sent to the league
as prescribed on each match day, along with any Law 42 reports as necessary.
DLS Par score tables will also be sent where a result is achieved using DLS.

Captains, Vice Captains and Club secretaries will register on Who's the Umpire
website and captains will complete umpires assessments on the site.

Scoreboxes will be maintained in a satisfactory condition throughout the season.

DLS Par score for the end of the over in progress will be displayed throughout
the second innings, irrespective of the weather forecast.

Sightscreens will be maintained in a satisfactory condition throughout the
season and will be freshly painted before the season.

Umpires coats will be maintained in a satisfactory condition throughout the season.

Labeled changing space will be available for the Umpires.

The Club confirms that it will abide by the
Recreational Cricket Safety Regulations

The Club confirms that it will abide by the
ECB Fielding Regulations for players aged under 18

The Club confirms that it will abide by the
ECB Fast Bowling Regulations for players aged 19 and under

Regulations for Junior Cricketers in Open Age Cricket

The Club confirms that it will abide by the
ECB Safety Regulations - Protective Equipment for players aged under 18

The Club confirms that it has at least 10 copies of the
Law 42 report forms
available at the club for use by umpires.

The Club hereby confirms that it has appointed Club Safeguarding Officer who
has a valid ECB DBS check and has attended the relevant course in the last 3 years.

The Club hereby confirms that 1st, 2nd & 3rd XI Captains have valid ECB DBS
online disclosure check (including renewal) within the last 12 months.

The Club will be able, upon request, to provide the passport and visa of all
overseas players at The Club.
